Beta privacy & your data
A clear start.
We collect your email address, optional name, selected projects, and acknowledgement of this notice to review beta interest and contact you about those projects. Please don’t submit passwords, health information, identification documents, or other sensitive details.
Flamingo Time uses Cloudflare to host this portal and protect submissions with Turnstile. Contact details are encrypted in the beta directory. Raw IP addresses are used for Cloudflare abuse verification; the directory stores only short-lived keyed rate-limit references. The form creates no login, product membership, or marketing subscription for unrelated projects.
Interest records expire after 30 days unless you enter a separate invitation and account process. Security and invitation-decision events contain references rather than contact details and expire after 90 days. Backups may retain data for the provider’s recovery window. For correction or withdrawal, use the contact page at Flamingo Time. We may need to verify your control of the submitted email address.
